Friday nights, reimagined. We spend more time connected than ever, yet many of us have never felt more disconnected. PRYMAL was created from one simple belief: beneath our routines, our screens and our daily lives, we're all looking for the same thing—to move, to belong and to connect. That's what PRYMAL means. Not going back in time, but reconnecting with what has always been part of us. PRYMAL Fridays brings that idea to life. For one evening (each month), a familiar gym transforms into an immersive space for electronic music, movement and real human connection. The weights make room for a dance floor. The routine makes room for something unexpected. This isn't a nightclub. It's not a networking event. It's not a fitness class. It's a new kind of Friday night experience. At the heart of every PRYMAL Friday is the dance floor. The music is there to be experienced, not talked over. Connection begins through rhythm, movement, eye contact and shared energy. Around the dance floor you'll find spaces to pause, recharge and continue the moments that started through music. Whether you come alone or with friends, everyone arrives for the same reason: to experience something real. What to expect • An immersive electronic music experience with carefully selected DJs • A unique dance floor inside your gym • An alcohol-free environment • Moments of grounding and movement woven naturally into the evening • A welcoming community of members and local people • A Friday night unlike any you've experienced before Who is it for? PRYMAL Fridays brings together: Gym members Local neighbours Electronic music lovers People who value health, wellbeing and authentic connection No dance experience is needed. Just bring yourself. Be part of the beginning. This is the very first PRYMAL Friday in this community. The people you meet here won't disappear after one night. PRYMAL Fridays returns every month, creating a place where familiar faces become friends, conversations continue, and a genuine local community can grow over time. If you believe Friday nights can be about more than bars and scrolling, this is your chance to help shape something new from the very beginning. Years from now, you'll be able to say: "I was there when it all started." Founding tickets are limited. Reserve your place and become part of the first chapter of PRYMAL Fridays.
